Agar advance payment liya gaya hai aur service start nahi hui hai → Full refund milega.
Agar wrong/damaged part humari taraf se install hua hai → Replacement ya refund diya jayega.
Agar company service deliver nahi kar pati hai (hamari taraf ki galti se) → Full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Agar service complete ho chuki hai aur part install ho chuka hai → Refund nahi milega.
Customer ki taraf se galat information dene ki wajah se hua issue → Refund applicable nahi hoga.
Physical/water damage ke cases → Non-refundable.
3. Refund Timeline
Refund process initiate hone ke baad 5–7 working days ke andar complete ho jayega (payment method ke hisaab se).
4. Mode of Refund
Jo bhi payment method use hua tha (UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash), usi mode me refund diya jayega.
5. Company Rights
Mobile Banwao kisi bhi refund claim ko verify karega aur final decision company ka hoga.
